Your X and XII score is good but it is extremely difficult to get a call at 80 percentile. You can apply for sunshine courses like Retail, Healthcare and Rural. PGDM core is difficult.

the cut off is usually in the range of 75-80 percentile range. So there is a good chance that you will get a call. -
You've good academic record. The general cut off is between 80 - 85 percentile. So you've decent chances of getting shortlisted for the second round. Good luck.
