I have scored less than 50% in 12th boards. Can I get admission in regular college for B.Tech?

<p>For most colleges, the basic eligibility criteria for admission in the <strong>BTech programme</strong> requires the applicants to score a minimum aggregate of 45-75% in Class 12 or its equivalent, depending on the course, specialisations, and college selected by the students. However, the selection for BTech courses in a majority of colleges, including JNU is done on the basis of valid score obtained by the students in the entrance exams such as JEE Main, MHT CET, etc. Hence, it can not be said surely if one can secure their admission in a regular college if they have scored less than 50% in their Class 12 boards.
