    Hello Aditya,
    First and foremost, you must take part in admission process of your state and see how it progresses. I would also recommend you to take a break for one year, study hard and give it a try again next year. Remember, "where there is will, there is way". Best wishes.

    You can take a gap and retake the JEE exam and score well. Or choose any good private university.

    In WBJEE, go for the counselling session. It might be that you can get any reputed or good college in your state, then you don't have to migrate here and there. All the best.

    If you want to take admission in any private engineering college in West Bengal, then you can get admission in a lot of colleges. You won't get the best ones like IEM, Heritage, but you will surely get some decent college. Another option is taking direct admission in any college through management quota. I would suggest you to check out UEM. It is a good college, you can take direct admission there, without WBJEE score.
