I have scored only 54% marks in Bachelors and got 7.0 overall band in IELTS. Will I get admission in Ireland or UK for Masters?

Yes, you will get, but as per my knowledge, you can't get admission to top universities. But, you can try for decent universities, Ireland is a growing destination. -
