You should decide which course you want to pursue and then look out for universities and colleges which will be able to provide you admission. 71% is a decent percentage, so don't feel demotivated.

I want to do the preparation of UPSC and I got 85 percentile in JEE Mains. So is it good to do B.Tech? Or I should graduate from any subject and then go for the preparation for UPSC?
