I have scored overall rank india 715737 and i am st caste where i should take admission?

I was a science student of CBSE Board. I scored 8.4CGPA in Class X and 63% in class XII (PCM). I realized that I want to become a Mechanical Enggineer. So, now i want to take admission in b.tech colleges.
