I have scored single digit marks in JEE and 65 marks in CET, will I be able to get admission in IT engineering in Mumbai?

It will be difficult for you to get the college if you are outside Maharashtra student but if you are a Maharashtra student also and you belong to general category, then also, you might not get that but yes, if you are Maharashtra SC/ST student, then you can get that.
