I have scored zero in JEE Mains exam. Can I join in any best colleges with these marks?

No, you only can join private colleges. So, you can list the private colleges and choose best in them.

I hope you are doing good. Going through your questio, you wrote you got zero in JEE. I would like to tell you that it is really difficult to get good college using these marks. You search for some colleges who accept the zero mark. If you don't get good college and still want to go fro Engineering rather than applying for low level criteria college. I recommend you to go for Polytechnic which is a Diploma course.
