I have scoured NATA 107/200 but 10+2(HSC) marks 45 percent & PCM 40 percent,can I get admission ?

NATA is one of the two Aptitude tests together with JEE paper 2 for admission into B.Arch course. It is compulsory to write and pass NATA to join B.Arch anywhere in the country. Aspirants need to have NATA score for admission in BArch programme of MET's School of Architecture and Interior Design. The seats are allotted to aspirants based on their NATA scores via DTE CAP, Maharashtra. 

Yes, students can get admission in SPA Delhi without NATA. Students with a score in the JEE Main Paper II are also eligible for BArch admissions. For other programmes, scores of exams, such as GATE, UCEED are also accepted.
