Private colleges are only way around. Go for good universities, which have their own entrance exams such as LPU, Amity University, Manipal University, VIT, SRM, CU, and Chitkara University etc. Some Good universities such as Manipal University and VIT also have some seats in management quota through which you can go.

Private college is the only possibility to get admission in B.Tech, because you can't get any NIT, GFTI or government college.

Don't go for engineering. You can choose other fields than engineering like B.Sc. B.A. B.Com, BCA courses, etc. Or you should take drop and apply for JEE next Year and do well. This year you will not be getting any Engineering college and don't go for it as it will not make your future, it will destroy it.

Your marks are very less, now you have to take admission in any private college. Search for a good private college and choose which branch you want according to your interest area.
