If you have any reservation, then there could be a possibility in lower NITs otherwise no chance. I will suggest you to apply in other colleges like UPES Dehradun, ITM Gwalior, JIIT Noida, Thapar, NSIT etc to have a backup as competition is very difficult to get a seat for top engineering branches i
