I have secured 1052 ST category rank. Can I get CSE in NITs like Trichy, Karnataka, Nagpur, Jaipur or Delhi?

CSE is difficult to get in asked NITs. However, your chances of getting ECE in VNIT-Nagpur & NIT-D are high and also your chances of getting Electrical in MNIT Jaipur are high.
