I have got 140 marks in JEE Mains paper 2. Am I eligible to get admission in a top college such as DIT for B.Arch?

Dear Candidate,
For taking admission in B.Arch at DITU one should have:
(a) Minimum 60% marks in X standard & XII standard with pass in Maths (compulsory subject) & qualified in any aptitude test approved by Council of Architecture.
(b) 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Govts. with 60% aggregate marks with mathematics and qualified in any aptitude test approved by Council of Architecture.
