I have secured 230 CET rank in Masters (mass communication) do I have any chance of getting admission in ipu university?

    As low your rank would be there are chances of getting a good college and yes you can get admission with this rank at ipu. You can get admissions till 40 thousand rank but a rank between 1-5k is preferred best.
