Last year, the cutoff for CSE went bit high. But other than that, in the previous years the cut off has been low enough to fetch you a seat there. So, give it a chance in the counselling.

Yes, you can get if you have reservation over there else you have to keep your finger crossed and wisely do your counseling process and arrange in a good order to get the best.
