I have secured 41 marks in mathematics in class 12th, am I eligible for commercial pilot or not?

DGCA has laid down certain regulations for those who are willing to join CPL. You may be allowed to pursue this training provided you have an aggregate of 50% marks in PCM. Now since you have scored only 41% in mathematics, your physics and chemistry marks should be such that the aggregate % of marks crosses or equals 50. Then, you can in no doubt go ahead. -

Your marks are too low, to be considered for admission in a flying school, with what you have provided me. The minimum requirement laid out by various institution are 50-60% overall. -
As per my knowledge, you are not eligible for this course. At least, you have 55 marks in maths.
