I have secured 52% in 10 std and 46% in 12 std,and about 72% in my ug will it effect while going to pi to your college

The first level for shortlisting mainly depends upon a cumulative of the acorss of entrance exams and other 10th 12th and graduation scores. Thus you would be required to give any of the exams like CAT MAT CET ATMS etc
