I have secured 52% with english hons & preparing for MBA. I just want to ask what is the best career option ?

Dear Sumitra,
You are an average English Graduate. Don't switch over your field for career opportunity sake. Because every field has its own opportunity.
Even with English you can learn Technical Writing, Content Developing, etc and earn more money than MBA.
