I have secured 54% in M.A ENGLISH .I am MED. too .Should i pursue MA> again and if yes than with which subject?

I am presently working as a principal in primary school .I am also confused about working in school or in college as a lecturer .To pursue PHD. I need to get 55% in MA. any subject.Pls. guide me.
