With this rank, you can get any branch at any campus. All you need to do is just attend the counselling.

You can get admitted to the NCR Campus but getting chances of getting CS are slim. Other branches like Automobile, or EEE will be an available option to you nonetheless.

You will surely get Delhi ncr campus.
