    No, with this score, it is not possible to get a good college.
    You may try for RTU colleges, if your marks are more than 100.
    And for IET Lucknow your UPSEE score will matter more.

    No with the percentile that you got, it is not possible to get a seat in government engineering colleges, even if you are an OBC. Try for some private college or else wait for next year.
