I have secured 61067 AIR in JEE Mains (2018) in general category. Can I get a good government college?

I am from Uttar Pradesh with OS or HS. Could I get CS because it's my favorite? Please do answer. Also, I am expecting up to 250 marks in UPSEE 2018.

    You may get a good college. So, you should try for a good college as your rank is not that good but you can get an autonomous college.
