I have secured 63160 rank under OBC category. Can I get into Sricity IIIT?

Is there any other NITs, IIITs or GFTs with the rank of 63160 as an OBC-NCL category?

According to your rank it is a difficult task for you to get into this college. Last year data students below 30000 usually get seat in this campus.

During JOSAA you may not get any seat but if any seat is empty then you may get it.
