I have secured 66% in SSC, 63% in HSC and 59% in B.Tech. Can I a get a call from IIM after scoring good marks in CAT?

    Getting at least 95+ percentile should fetch you call from some IIMS (new ones). To convert the final call, scoring 98+ would help you a long way.
