I have secured 73% in M.Sc Physics, Can I know the best courses in Physics for ph.d and best universities in India or abroad?

Apply to IITs, IISC or IISER for p.hd in india as they hv few of the best options for research. In abroad, canada would be one I suggest for two reasons. Firstly, it is a safe country for girls and secondly you might get 4 years funding for your p.hd there. Other than this, USA, UK,Australia are also good options.
