I have seen that for PGDM also cutoff goes upto 99 in all B-schools exams. Why is it so?

PGDM and MMS has no difference in teaching and placements actually. The only difference is that for further studies, most of the universities need an university degree. So people don't usually differentiate between PGDM and MMS.

Most of the B Schools in India provide PGDM course. PGDM is diploma course. There is no specific reason for cutoff to be based on course name. Course name can be anything MMS, PGDM,etc.
