I have studied 1st year BCA in a government college. Can I change 2nd year to a private college or autonomous college? Is it possible?

Yes, you can transfer, but you have to pay the fees of both the colleges to get transfer in the other one. Thanks.

Yes, you can take a transfer, but you have to pay both college's fees, if you switch to other college.
