You are eligible only under all India quota or management quota.

For GSEB students 75% of total seats

For CBSE students 15% of total seats

All India quota students 10% of total seats is reserved.

Management seats varies.

As an RBSE student you will fall under all India quota. So it's basically 10% chanc
