I have studied M.Com in Mysore University for 2 years and I am yet to receive my documents. What could possibly the problem be?

Kindly explain your question in detail as to which documents do you wish to know about and from whose side are they pending. Kindly explain the details for better understanding.

I completed M.Com from Mysore University online, but I was not included in 2017 graduation. I waited till 2018 as I was told to, but again I was off the list.
I didn't get the right reason for this unfortunate event.
I needed the certificate to enhanced my employment.
I am forced to believe that
