I have studied PCB with CS in 12th. Am I eligible for B.Tech course? Which college can I opt for?

If you have appeared for an exam such as JEE, then its not an issue for you.

Otherwise, you need to find a private college willing to accept your result and give you admission.

Even for the home state Quota (like ACPC in Gujarat), you need to have PCB; otherwise, you can't apply for B.Tech.
