I have studied PCMB with 70%. Can I study psychology in UG?

You can pursue but you have to find cut-off as Delhi has a high cut-off in Psychology Hons. But if you want to do core, then go for Psychology Hons. but in a different university.

Yes, you can get UG in psychology. But for that, you have to qualify there entrance exam in the college you want admission. You can try to get admission, you are eligible to do that.
