I have studied physics, chemistry and biology till 12th. Should I pursue B.Sc in zoology or B.Sc in microbiology?

B.Sc Microbiology followed with PG degree is a good career option over B.Sc. Zoology. It has a better job market and career growth opportunities.

Different universities have different eligibility criteria for B.Sc and M.Sc. You may not face challenges because of maths.
