I have taken 5 subjects for class 12th NIOS and the result is showing only 4 subjects. What can I do?

This year I appeared in an on-demand NIOS exam for Sr. Sec 12 grade. My result declared for only 4 subjects I don't know what to do next with 4 subjects passed result.

There are a few possible reasons why your NIOS 12th result is showing only 4 subjects, even though you took 5 subjects:
