I have taken a drop after graduation and got 5.4 CGPA. If I score 99.98 to 99.99 percentile in CAT can I get selected in IIM A, B or C?

Sorry, but it will be quite difficult for you to get into IIM-A and B. As C doesn't have a graduation criteria (i.e. zero weightage to graduation score) it would be your best shot. Additionally, I would not suggest you to go to any of the IIMs as then you would be competing for jobs with the best profiles of the country, and this might dilute your profile and competition. But, it is your choice at the end.

The chances are very small but non-zero. All the best!
