I have taken Admission in BBA in LPU but they do not have NAAC accreditation, will this make any bad affect on my degree?

NAAC will not affect your degree at all. The main thing is that the university should be recognised by UGC and LPU is approved by UGC and moreover, it is accredited at the international level.
