I have taken admission in MGU, Meghalaya for B.Sc IT. Is MGU, Meghalaya a government recognized University?

I'm working in government department. I have pursued B.Sc IT in MGU, Meghalaya. I'm working in government Department. If the certificate is fake, then my job can be in trouble please answer soon.

    MGU Meghalaya, distance degrees are invalid but there regular degrees are fine, for complete information check out the link below:
