I have taken cat 2013 and I am expecting around 60 percentile.Is there any chance for GD/PI call? Also,could you tell me last year's cutoff?

You can apply for the program, there is no issue, but you must fulfill the eligibility criteria to get a call for GD/PI. last year's cutoff was around 60-65 percentile.
