The NCHMCT Entrance exam consist of the following sections –
    1) Quantitative Ability
    2) Reasoning
    3) English
    4) GK and Current affairs
    5) Service aptitude
It doesn't matter that whether you have science, commerce or arts in 12th. NCHMCT JEE is an aptitude test and any student from any stream can crack it. Quants contain questions of 10th level only so don't worry about that and other sections are new to everyone. If you are determined you can easily crack the exam and get into top IHMs.
    All the best!

For admission process in HMCT you have to appear for entrance exams and as such you can skim the last year's question papers of previous exams. You can also refer the books for exams which will definitely guide you to prepare for exams.
