The eligibility for B.Tech Biotechnology is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST^. LPU offers a complete package of quality teaching, intuitive learning aided with hands on practical training. It also offers good scholarship slabs based on various categories. It has also started the covid scholarship to aid education at such grim times. The updated labs and the expertise of the faculty have given good results that today LPU is a name to reckon. Hello,
You can go for B.Sc. Biotechnology or B.Tech Biotechnology after your 12th with PCM. It might become quite difficult to survive in biotechnology because a PCM student is unaware of basic concepts of biology which are roots of biotechnology. It is true that to study biotechnology one have to be very thorough in the basic concepts of biology. The syllabus of biology taught in 11th and 12th are the base of B.Sc. In Biotechnology course. So many institutions don't provide admission to PCM students for biotechnology course. If you have extreme desire to pursue B.Sc. In this field then there are some colleges too who welcome PCM studen

    Hello,
Yes, you definitely can. You may opt for either B.Tech Biotech or B.Sc. Biotech depending on your interest. However, not all colleges accept students from PCM in B.Sc. Biotech whereas you are eligible everywhere for B.Tech Biotech. Given that all of us have studied basic Biology till 10th standard, it won't be a problem for you. Ofcourse, initially you may find it little difficult to understand the basic life Science subjects taught during the first few semesters. But, trust me by the third semester you will grow confident enough to venture into the field of life sciences. You can have a look over Lovely Professional University,
