I have taken UPSC (IAS) exams many time but not even a single time attended the exam. Does these will be considered as attempts?

I have taken UPSC (IAS) exams many time but not even a single time attended the exam. Does these will be considered as attempts? because only limited attempts will be there in UPSC exams.

    Yes they would be considered as attempts since your records would be there. I would suggest you to speak to the officials directly at U.P.S.C for confirmation.
