i have the option of diploma ortho or md physical medicine and rehab. what to choose?

both these courses are available to me in calicut medical college where a new sports institute have come up under the department of PMR. my concern is the prospects of PMR (where a masters is available) with respect to orthopaedics(only diploma available).
