i have to do master degree in marketing management than should i opt MBA in marketing or MMM master degree please help me out .

You have not mentioned whether you are a working professional or a student. If you are a working professional, you should go in for the MMM program. If you are a student, you should look at doing your PGDM from the top 50 B Schools in India.
