I have to do MBA but don't know whether to do full time1 year (executive) 0r 2 year program.

Presently I am pursuing MCA from NIT Jamshedpur, have done BCA from BIT Mesra and going to be recruited this year by Dec 2011 and will be getting experience from June 2012.I don't have to do MBA with distance learning program.So kindly suggest me which programme is better for me.
