Hi,
After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:

After M tech you can get good job , if you have more than 3 year experience then you can pursue for executive MBA for one year , this is also good for get an additional qualification
