I have to pursue MBA Degree from Rajasthan University just because I have to complete PHD and want to be a lecturer.
I already have successfully passed PGDM 2 years full time 2010-2012 and have more than 4+ years of experience.

If your PGDM has equivalence status from AIU, you do not need to do an MBA. For doing PhD, you may directly do it from IIM. yu may read blog.simplycareer.net for more details
