You are eligible to appear for CAT exam once you have completed your Bachelors degree. Once your Bachelor degree is over then you will be eligible to sit for the CAT exam which can help you to get a reputed MBA college.

You can only appear for CAT examination once you are done with your Bachelor's degree or your graduation. Anybody with a graduation degree can appear for CAT whether fresh graduates or working professionals; maximum CAT applicants are students in the final year of their Bachelor's degree programme.
