I have to write my GRE exam next year..is it necessary to attend any coaching classes or will I be able to prepare it myself..

It is always advisable to study in groups and solve a lots of practice tests and papers in a time bound environment. If you are good at your concepts. It is not a thumb rule to go for a coaching you can clear it on your hard work.
