I have total 4.5 yrs of IT experience.I am planning to do MBA in HR/Banking.Will my experience count while looking for job after mba
Also am planning to do GMAT.To which colleges in India can I apply?

NO...YOU CAN GET JOB ON BEHALF OF MBA DEGREE....SO EXP IN FIELD OF MBA CAN COUNT.

If your current job profile is different from your job profile after MBA then your exp. is not countable .It must be same for counting of your work exp.You didn't write your current job profile.
