I have total working experience of 12+ years in sales and application but I am very interested in HR. Can I move to HR now?

As you are highly experienced in Sales, my personal advice is continue with sales profession.But sales / marketing jobs have its won advantages and this advantages. High Salary Package and Incentives are the main attraction.At the same time, its a profession of high pressure.
HR is some more better

I have decided to join the Executive Certificate Programme in HRM from XLRI-SHRM. Will this help? My head office is not in Bangalore, I dont have the opps to contact HR.
