I have two options 1.CSE from Sikkim Manipal university and 2.CSE from SRM university Ramapuram.please suggest me which one is better ?

You can look for other options too.like Lovely Professional University. The infrastructure is good and its placements have been steadily increasing over the years, especially for CSE. Many extra-curricular activities are also encouraged. Last year its students had participated in Auto Expo as well.
